We practice breathwork, movement chanting and meditation to ease stress and tension.

These classes strive to be trauma-sensitive and respect that we all come from different experiences. Sincerely, beginners are welcome and anyone who wants to break out of isolation and try some yoga. Participation can simply be wrapping up in a blanket and trying some of the breathwork, only if you feel like it. Everything is invitational, and by choice.

Classes are rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and traditions and are continuing to expand into learning how yoga can activate the chakras.

The Om Zone is where we've dedicated space to connect with you. Think of this space like a digital altar, a place where visitors can pause, breathe, and connect. Trauma-Sensitive
We know what trauma is and how it feels from the inside out. Our yoga classes offer a supportive, invitational space to gently explore connection with your body and breath. Rooted in compassion, choice, and curiosity, our trauma-informed approach promotes nervous system awareness, grounding practices, and self-regulation.
There is no expectation to perform or achieve the perfect pose. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Each session is guided with care, offering options rather than instructions, so that you can move at your own pace, in your own way. We’re simply here to walk beside you.
